Service Provision:

INDOGULF SHIPPING offers freight forwarding services, including but not limited to transportation, customs clearance, and logistics management.

We will strive to provide efficient and reliable services, ensuring the safe handling and delivery of your shipments.

Shipment Handling:

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipment details, including documentation, customs information, and packaging requirements.

We will handle your shipments with reasonable care and in compliance with industry standards.

Any additional services requested by you, such as insurance or special handling, may incur additional charges.

Customs Clearance:

We will assist with customs clearance procedures, but ultimate responsibility for providing accurate and compliant customs documentation lies with you.

You are responsible for paying any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable to your shipments.

Liability and Insurance:

While we will take reasonable measures to protect your shipments, we are not liable for any loss, damage, delay, or theft of the goods during transit or storage.

It is recommended that you arrange appropriate insurance coverage for your shipments to mitigate any potential risks.

Payment:

Payment terms will be specified in the agreement or invoice issued by INDOGULF SHIPPING.

You are responsible for paying all charges associated with the services provided, including transportation, customs fees, and any additional agreed-upon fees.

Confidentiality:

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of providing or receiving services.

This includes but is not limited to business strategies, customer information, and trade secrets.

Termination:

Either party may terminate the service agreement by providing written notice within the specified timeframe.

Termination does not relieve you of any outstanding payment obligations.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Dubai. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dubai.
